Commercial model

A commercial model built for procurement, not for surprises.

One platform subscription, appliance hardware at transparent pass-through terms, and metered gateway usage with hard spend caps you control. Commercials are scoped to your estate and provided as a written proposal.

Three public offers

Pick the shape that matches your estate.

Each offer is a starting point for the scoping conversation. Feature scope and hardware sizing are confirmed in the briefing and locked in the proposal.

How billing is structured

Three dimensions, each on its own line, all capped.

Every proposal itemizes the same three dimensions. You see what you are paying for and where the caps sit. There are no bundled surprises and no seat-based games.

01

Platform subscription

One line item for the managed platform: gateway, policy, audit chain, fleet management, and support. Term and inclusions are locked in the contract.

02

Appliance hardware

Transparent pass-through terms for the appliance itself. You see the hardware cost separately from the platform, with a scheduled ownership transfer at the end of the term.

03

Metered gateway usage

Model usage runs through the gateway and is metered per virtual key. Hard spend caps and per-key budgets are yours to set — the gateway enforces them before the request lands.

FAQ

The questions procurement always asks.

What will it cost?
Your proposal itemizes all three dimensions with caps and terms — no per-seat games, no token roulette. Most engagements are scoped within two weeks of a briefing.
What is the minimum term?
Engagements are annual, with a break clause at each annual boundary. The appliance pass-through and the platform subscription track the same term so the numbers align on your side.
Is there an exit clause?
Every contract carries an annual walk-away clause with a full export of your corpus, weights, LoRA adapters, and audit chain. You leave with the artefacts; we retain nothing. The runbook that describes the export is part of the diligence pack.
How does the appliance hardware pass-through work?
Hardware sits as its own line item on the proposal at transparent pass-through terms — you see the appliance BOM, the term, and the ownership-transfer schedule. Where local rules require your own procurement channel, we support the equivalent buy-out arrangement.
What currency will we be quoted in?
Quoted in your invoicing currency. We support the major currencies in the regions we operate in, plus others on request. The invoicing currency is fixed for the term of the engagement.
Do you adjust for regional cost bases?
Yes. Proposals reflect the regional cost base of the deployment — support hours, hosting region for the central plane, hardware landed cost, and the local labour bill. There is no single global price sheet, and there is no punishment tax for buyers in less-competitive regions.
